About Aab Atelier

We offer an exclusive Made to Order service on selected Aab designs, where we will cut, stitch and deliver your item(s) within 4-6 weeks.

How it works?

  1. Browse the Made to Order section of our website and add to cart as normal. You can also add in-stock items to your order.
  1. After your order is placed, your garment will be cut, stitched and dispatched within our estimated delivery time of up to 6 weeks. Any in-stock items from your order will be sent to you first within our usual delivery time.
  1. Made to Order items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty. If this is your first order with Aab, we recommend you order a similar style of garment to check for sizing.

Are all items available for Made to Order?

Our Made to Order service is only available on a limited number of designs listed within the Atelier section of our website.


Can I return or exchange my Made to Order item?

Made to Order items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges as we make these items to order outside of our normal production runs.


What if my Made to Order is faulty

We will happily replace a faulty item with the same garment.


Can I cancel or amend my order?

Once your order is placed cancellation is no longer possible. Our garments are meticulously made to meet your unique specifications, and once the order is initiated, they are tailored and designed exclusively for you. 


Are sale items available for Made to Order?

Made to Order is only available on full price items.


Can I customise my Made to Order?

We are unable to customise orders. All Made to Orders work within standard Aab sizing.


I’m ordering for the first time, what if my Made to Order does not fit?

Since Made to Order items are non refundable, we recommend you order a similar style from Aab to check for fit. Alternatively, you can speak with a member of our Customer Care team who will give you as much information as possible on size and fit to help you.


Do I have to pay a separate delivery charge once my Made to Order is ready?

There is no additional charge for a split delivery. If your online order is made up of items already in stock we will send these to you first.


What if my Made to Order takes longer than 6 weeks?

If your order takes longer than 6 weeks we will contact you in advance to advise you of the delay and an expected delivery date. At this point you will also have the option to cancel your Made to Order for a full refund. 

Can I Place My Order In Time For A Requested Date?

Please contact our Customer Care Team before placing your order to discuss availability and production time frames. We will try our best to meet your desired date and will confirm this before you place your order.
